01 — Tell us what you have noticed
Send your postcode, property type and a description of the problem. Helpful details include a rising water bill, recurring damp, a moving meter or pressure loss. Tell us about any previous investigation or repair.
02 — Confirm the job and appointment
We discuss the instruction and practical access. Residential leak detection and repair is £1,195 for the agreed scope; commercial work has a separate quotation. We explain that decorative and remedial reinstatement after access is excluded.
03 — Receive your £100 deposit link
After the residential appointment is agreed, we send a secure payment link for the £100 booking deposit. This forms part of the £1,195 total, leaving £1,095. A website enquiry alone does not book a slot or charge your card.
04 — Investigate and trace the source
We review the symptoms and use appropriate testing and detection methods. These can include acoustic listening, thermal imaging, tracer gas and pressure testing. We combine findings to narrow down the source before access where possible.
05 — Access, repair and test
We explain the proposed access, expose the leaking pipe and carry out the repair with the necessary parts and materials. We make appropriate post-repair checks and explain any separate reinstatement needed.
06 — Report and workmanship warranty
We provide a Trace & Access report of the findings and work, with supporting photographs where appropriate. Your repair workmanship comes with a 12-month warranty. An insurer decides whether your policy covers any of the cost.
