The £1,195 residential offer does not apply to commercial work. We discuss the building, water systems, symptoms and access requirements, then provide a separate quotation. No commercial price is assumed from the residential package.

Plan access and interruption
Some checks require access to plant areas or temporary isolation of the affected supply. We discuss this in advance with your authorised contact. Tell us about shared services, restricted areas, occupied spaces and equipment that depends on the water supply.
From investigation to repair
We select suitable detection methods and explain the findings. The quotation and agreed instruction define the investigation, access, repair and reporting for your site. Decorative and remedial reinstatement is excluded unless separately arranged with another provider.

Provide the site postcode, building use, symptoms, known pipework details and previous reports. Name the person who can authorise work and arrange access. We confirm availability and quotation arrangements before booking.
